How your email is used

• Only for what you ask for. Your address is used to send you the diagnostic report you requested, and nothing else.
• No marketing, no lists. You will not receive newsletters, promotions or campaigns, and your address is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.
• Opt-in. Nothing is emailed unless you turn on report delivery and enter your address yourself.

How it is stored

• Your email preference is saved in your browser on this device so you do not have to retype it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• When you request a report by email, your address is used to deliver that message and is retained only as long as needed to send it and to handle delivery problems such as bounces or unsubscribes.
• Your assessment answers, scores and action plan are stored on your device. No login is required and no account is created.
• If you submit the optional feedback form, your rating and comments are stored with your scores and a timestamp so the diagnostic can be improved. Your email address is not included.

Editing and opting out

Use the controls below to change your address, turn report delivery off, or delete the address held for you. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all report emails to that address.
