What we collect and why

• Account data (name, email address, sign-in identifier from Google where used) — to create and secure your account and give you access to your own results. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Assessment data (your answers, scores, reports and action plans) — to generate and store your personalised report. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Purchase data (order reference, amount, status, date) — to record your purchase and unlock the Full Diagnostic. Card and billing details are collected and held by Paddle, not by us. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
• Enquiry and feedback data (your message, organisation, optional phone) — to answer you and improve the diagnostic. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Technical data (device, IP address, basic usage events) — for security, fraud prevention and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you buy the Full Diagnostic, Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information (including card details, billing address and tax location) directly, as its own controller, and handles invoicing, tax compliance, customer service enquiries and refunds. We receive only the order reference, amount, status and your email address so we can unlock your access. See Paddle's privacy notice and our Refund Policy.

Who we share data with

• Paddle, as Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, payments, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds.
• Service providers who host our database, authentication and email delivery, acting on our instructions under contract.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting, where needed.
• Authorities, where we are required to disclose by law.

We never sell, rent or share your data for advertising. Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention and security

Account, assessment and purchase records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Enquiry and feedback records are kept only as long as needed for that purpose. We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database permissions and least-privilege administrative access.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, portability of the data you provided, and withdrawal of any consent you gave. You can update your details or delete your account yourself from account settings, or write to us via the contact page. We aim to respond within one month, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in, run the checkout and remember your assessment progress. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings.

How your email is used

• Only for what you ask for. Your address is used to send you the diagnostic report you requested, and nothing else.
• No marketing, no lists. You will not receive newsletters, promotions or campaigns, and your address is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.
• Opt-in. Nothing is emailed unless you turn on report delivery and enter your address yourself.

How it is stored

• Your email preference is saved in your browser on this device so you do not have to retype it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• When you request a report by email, your address is used to deliver that message and is retained only as long as needed to send it and to handle delivery problems such as bounces or unsubscribes.
• Your assessment answers, scores and action plan are stored on your device. No login is required and no account is created.
• If you submit the optional feedback form, your rating and comments are stored with your scores and a timestamp so the diagnostic can be improved. Your email address is not included.

Editing and opting out

Use the controls below to change your address, turn report delivery off, or delete the address held for you. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all report emails to that address.
